These terms apply when you use Good Before Market or place an order through the site. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
Products and batch information
We sell sealed packaged snacks in limited, close-dated batches. Product names, pack sizes, prices, package condition and confirmed best-before dates are shown on the relevant listing. Packaging artwork can change, but the listed product and pack size remain the guide.
Prices, payment and order acceptance
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or listing errors.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, fees and estimates depend on the address and are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees when weather, carrier conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delay. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
Food, allergens and storage
Always read the delivered package label before consuming a product. Ingredients, allergen statements and nutrition information can change. Follow storage instructions and do not use a product if the seal is broken, the package is materially damaged, or the product appears unsuitable.
Refunds and account use
Refund and damage requests are handled under our Refunds & Returns policy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and for activity performed through your account.
